We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing & Sales.
This position will be based in Bloomington, IN and will require extensive travel within the USA. The successful candidate will have a BA/MBA with emphasis on marketing and not less than five years of post graduate commercial experience. The candidates commercial sector experience should be concentrated on marketing/sales to consumer retail food outlets such as grocery stores, convenience stores, butcher shops, fishmongers, and specialty food outlets including wineries and gift shops. Because of MNB's other ventures and our marketing into US military installations the candidate must be a United States citizen with no felony convictions (including DUI/drugs) on his/her record.

The physical tasks will involve the receipt, warehousing, issue, blending/formulation, packaging, and labeling of rubs and spices.
