Thank you for your interest in requesting a Chef Nick's Special Event.
Before requesting an event please review the event calendar to learn what dates are blacked-out and when other events have already been scheduled. A black-out date is one where no Chef Nick's Event Personnel (demonstration chef's) are available due to existing non-event commitments. Other dates having one or more events scheduled may still accommodate additional events.
Please do not try to schedule a special event less than two weeks in advance if it is outside the states of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, or Kentucky.
Note that as the event sponsor you must provide the following items:

A suitable indoor or tented venue with 120 VAC 20 Amp electric power and a projection screen.

Seating for event attendee's.

Suitable kitchen or grilling facilities for cooking demonstrations, installed and tested.

Food products, utensils, cookware, and service items used for cooking demonstrations.

Chef Nick's products that will be sold during the event.

Any state or local permits required for the event.
Event requests are subject to review and approval by Chef Nick's management.
We do not charge event sponsors for Chef Nick's personnel's time, lodging, or meals for approved events. If approved events are within a four hour drive of Bloomington, Indiana we do not charge for travel expenses. If approved events are outside a four-hour drive of Bloomington, Indiana and no other events are scheduled nearby then we reserve the right to charge partially, or in full, for coach-class air transportation (this will be discussed individually with event sponsors prior to event acceptance).
