MNB Global, Inc., is a privately held corporation and a division of MNB Technologies, Inc (hereafter both referred to collectively as MNB). The corporation’s shares are not listed on any exchange nor are they registered with any state or federal securities commission.
Currently there is no public market for the corporation’s shares nor is one anticipated in the near future.

MNB is a Service Disabled Veteran (SDV) owned corporation. Presently 51% of the total authorized shares are held by service disabled US veterans. The company shares are divided into two “pools”, one (51%) is restricted to ownership by SDV persons or SDV owned corporations. The remaining 49% is available for ownership by non-SDV persons or entities.
Investment opportunities exist for “accredited” private and institutional investors as defined by SEC Regulation D Rule 501 . Any investment opportunity that may be available will be subject to SEC Regulation D, Rule 506.
