1.  Mix the meat with the Goulash Blend to coat.
  2. In a pot heat small amount of oil over medium heat. Lightly brown the meat on all sides, stirring constantly to avoid burning the spices. Transfer meat to the slow cooker.
  3.  Add more oil to the pot, if needed,  and sweat the onions until they begin to soften.
  4. Add the wine and tomato paste. Using a wooden spatula scrape the brown bits from the bottom of the pot mixing it into the onion.
  5. Transfer the onion mixture to the slow cooker. Stir to evenly distribute the meat through the onions. 
  6.  Cook on low for 8 hours or until falling-apart tender.
